The short version. The app runs entirely on your Mac and sends nothing anywhere. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The only personal data we ever hold is the email address you buy with, because that is what your licence key is issued to.

Bindrik has no account, no sign-in and no upload. Your artwork, your project files and your exported PDFs stay on your computer. The app does not transmit them, and it works with the network switched off.
Licence checking is done offline, on your machine. The app does not phone home to validate your key, so we cannot see when or whether you use it.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising. Nothing is stored in your browser. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file, including your IP address, as with any site using that service.
When you open the checkout, Paddle loads its own scripts and applies its own privacy notice.
The purchase is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Paddle collects your payment details and the information needed for tax — we never see your card number.
What reaches us is your email address, and only that. We use it to issue your licence key, to send it to you, and to reissue it if you ask. We use Resend to deliver that email.
We do not have a marketing list, and we will not add you to one.
We process your email address to perform the contract you entered into — that is, to deliver what you paid for — and to meet record-keeping obligations. Paddle keeps the transaction records required by tax law.
Because a key can be reissued from the email address alone, we do not keep a database of issued keys.
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the Brazilian LGPD you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, or a copy of it, and you can object to processing. Write to support@bindrik.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Requests about payment data — card details, billing address, invoices — are for Paddle, since they hold that data as merchant of record.
Bindrik is a professional tool and is not directed at children.
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
