The short version. The full app is free to download and works completely, watermarked, before you pay. If you buy anyway and it does not do what we said, tell us within 30 days and we will refund you.
The download on our home page is the complete application, not a limited demo. Every feature works; exports carry a watermark until you paste a key. You can rebuild one of your own books and inspect the output before spending anything.
We would rather you test it and not buy than buy it and be disappointed.
If, within 30 days of purchase, Bindrik does not work as described on this site, email support@bindrik.com from the address you bought with, and tell us what went wrong. We will either fix it or refund you in full.
This is a goodwill policy that we offer voluntarily, and it is more generous than the law requires — see the note below.
For digital content delivered immediately, EU and UK consumer law lets you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal, and requires that you do so knowingly. At checkout you confirm that you want the key immediately and that you understand you lose that right once it is delivered. The box is not pre-ticked and the purchase cannot proceed without it.
Waiving it does not affect your rights where the product is faulty or not as described, and our 30-day policy above applies regardless.
Your payment was taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so the refund goes back the same way, to the original payment method. We authorise it; Paddle issues it. It usually appears within a few working days, depending on your bank.

We cannot refund because Amazon rejected a file for reasons outside the app's control — for example content that breaks KDP's rules, or artwork supplied at a resolution too low for the trim size you chose. If you think the app calculated something wrongly, tell us: that would be a defect, and we would want to know and fix it.
