Who you are buying from

Bindrik is made by Tavlabs Tecnologia Ltda (CNPJ 68.304.529/0001-32), Sete Lagoas, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Your order is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the merchant of record. Paddle is the seller for the transaction, handles payment and sales tax, and appears on your statement and invoice. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase alongside these terms.

What you are buying

A licence to use Bindrik, a macOS application that assembles print-ready interiors and covers for Amazon KDP.

One-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
The licence does not expire. The version you buy keeps working indefinitely, offline, with no check-in to any server.
One year of updates is included from the date of purchase. After that the app continues to work; you simply stop receiving new versions.
Future major versions may be offered as a paid upgrade. Bindrik will not become a subscription.
You may install it on any Mac you personally own.

Your licence key

The key is issued to the email address used at checkout and sent there. Keep it. If you lose it, email us from that address and we will reissue it at no cost.

Please do not share, resell or publish your key. Doing so is a breach of these terms.

Trying before buying

The download is public and is the complete application. Without a key it works in full and adds a watermark to exported files. We encourage you to rebuild one of your own books before you buy.

Immediate delivery, and your right to cancel

Because the key is delivered immediately, at checkout you are asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once the key is delivered. That confirmation is not pre-ticked and the purchase cannot proceed without it.

This does not affect your legal rights where the product is faulty or not as described, and we offer a goodwill refund policy anyway — see Refunds.

What Bindrik does not do

Bindrik is a layout and export tool. It does not write, generate or supply any content, and it contains no AI. What you publish, and whether it complies with Amazon's rules, is yours.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon. KDP is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. Amazon's requirements can change; we track them, but we cannot guarantee that any particular file will be accepted.

Liability

Bindrik is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the licence. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published; the date at the top tells you when they last changed.
